교환/환불 정책

주문제작 가구류

주문 제작을 원칙으로 하는 가구류는 결제일 포함(영업일 기준) 당일 제작과 출고 작업이 시작됩니다.   주문제작 요건에 따라 제품이 달라지는 특이사항으로 근거법률*에 따라 청약 철회가 제한되는 재화에 해당함으로 주문 취소시 위약금이 부과되거나 교환,반품이 불가 할 수 있으니 아래 사항을 확인하시고 구매 해주세요. 

*전자상거래 등에서 소비자보호에 관한 법률 제 17조 제2항 동법 제19조, 동법 시행령 21조

위약금 없이 변경과 취소가 가능한 경우 : 결제 완료일 부터 2일 이내 (영업일 기준)

취소 및 변경 신청 관련 위약금 및 추가 배송비가 발행하는 경우: 
결제일 포함(영업일 기준) 3일 ~ 7일 까지 : 최종 결제가 30% 부과 결제일 포함(영업일 기준)

7일 이후로는 주문 취소가 불가 합니다. 

소품류

상품을 공급 받으신 날로부터 7일이내, 단, 박스 봉인이 훼손된 경우는 교환 및 반품이 불가 합니다. 

공급 받으신 상품의 내용이 표시,광고 내용과 다를 경우에는 공급받은 날로부터 30일 이내 교환 및 반품이 가능합니다. 

환불안내

환불 시 반품 확인 여부를 확인한 후 영업일 기준 3일 이내에 결제 금액을 환불 해 드립니다. 

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where no refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

All Beezone products are custom made. The day you are placing the order we are starting the production and shipping process.

We understand that sometimes you must have to ability to cancel your order. Within 7 working days you are able to cancel the order. For refunds please see below schedule.

< 2 days – 100% Refund
< 3-7 days – 70% Refund
> 7 days 0% Refund

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@beezone.co.kr.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@beezone.co.kr and send your item to 21 Hakdong-ro 21 Gil, Gangnam-Gu, Seoul, South Korea.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should send your product to Beezone 21 Hakdong-ro 21 Gil, Gangnam-Gu, Seoul, South Korea.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
